To process your order, you must provide us with certain information, including your name, email, postal address, and the description of the product you order. You may also decide to provide us with additional personal information by contacting us directly.

Why we need your information and how we use it

We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use and share your information, including:

to provide you with our services, for example when we use your information to process your order, resolve a dispute or provide customer service;

when you have given us your explicit consent, which you may revoke at any time, for example by subscribing to our newsletter;

if necessary, to meet a legal obligation, a legal judgment or in connection with a request for justice such as the fact of keeping information about your purchases within the framework of the tax legislation; and

We use your information to provide the services you have requested and in our legitimate interest to improve these services; and 2) compliance with the Terms of Use. We use your information, if necessary, to comply with our obligations under our Terms of Use.

We may have to share your personal information with these third parties, but only those that are essential to the performance of these services.

Activity transfers. If we sell our business or merge it with another company, we may have to disclose your information in connection with this transaction but only to the extent permitted by law.

We may have to collect, use, store and share your information if we believe in good faith that it is necessary and reasonable to: (a) respond to a legal process or request of the state; (b) enforce my agreements, conditions or regulations; (c) prevent, investigate or handle any fraud or other illegal activity, or any technical or security problem; or (d) protect the rights, property and safety of our customers or others.

Data retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide you with our services and for the purposes set out in our privacy policy. We may also have to keep this information to comply with legal and legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our commitments. We generally keep them for a period of: 4 years.

Your rights

If you are a resident of certain territories, including the European Union, you have certain rights relating to your personal information. Some of these rights apply in general, and others only in limited cases. These rights are described below:

To access. You may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to receive a copy by contacting us. You will find our contact details below.

Edit, restrict, delete. You may also have the right to modify your personal information, restrict our use of it or delete it. Except in exceptional circumstances (for example, if we have to keep the data related to our shop for legal reasons), we would usually delete your personal information on request.

To oppose. You may object 1) that we process some of your information as part of our legitimate interests and 2) receive marketing messages from us after explicitly agreeing to receive them. To complain. If you live in the European Union and would like to express concern about our use of your information (and without infringing on other rights you may have), you can do so with your local data protection authorities.
